Option 1 — in the Game (immediate)
- Open the Game and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Delete account.
- Confirm with your password.
Your account is deleted immediately and permanently.
Option 2 — by e-mail (if you can no longer open the Game)
Write to support@otukenrise.com from the e-mail address registered on your account, with the subject Account deletion and your username. We may ask you to confirm the request from that address. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.
What is deleted
Your account record (username, e-mail, password hash), game state (camp, resources, armies, heroes, map position), alliance membership, alliance chat messages, in-game mail and active marches.
What we keep, and for how long
- Purchase records — as long as tax and commercial law require (up to 10 years under Turkish law).
- Global chat messages that have not yet rotated out — the global chat keeps only the newest 200 messages overall.
- Pseudonymous usage events linked to your former account ID and backups — backups expire within 30 days.
